If you’re eligible to receive a preconfigured iPad arrangements will be made for it to be sent to you.
If you’re not eligible for our iPad placement program we can make our EMC services available to you by using your own hardware - usually an iPad or a laptop.

The following 3 steps must be done in the following order to start the exam:

Scheduling an Appointment with TeleEMC
Step 1) Schedule appointment:
Schedule on our website by clicking “schedule appointment” at the top of the website in the menu area.
Please make sure to fill out all required fields accurately.
Please print copy of appointment confirmation page.
Same day appointments are always available, and welcome.
Step 2) Patient registration upon attendance:
This step must be completed before initiating the TeleVisit.
We offer three ways to complete this step:
If you have an iPad configured by TeleEMC, a staff member taps on the eClinicalWorks icon then logs in with the user name and password credentials provided, then starts the patient registration.
Please make sure the patients name and date of birth are entered exactly as what was entered when you scheduled the appointment as it appears on the confirmation printed in step 1.
Then the patient is required to complete the registration and questionnaire all the way thru to the “Check in” screen.

Step 2) Patient registration upon attendance:

Go to “patient forms” at the menu of TeleEMC.com then click on
“download forms”
Please print the registration documents, and have them completed by the patient, and then either fax them to: (866) 324-4956, or scan them by using the
“upload forms” link.
The documents must be sent to TeleEMC before going to step 3.
Please insure all pages are signed accordingly.
Go to “patient forms” at the menu of TeleEMC.com, then click on “online forms”.
This link may be sent directly to a patients cell phone.
This step must be completed before going to step 3.

Option C - online form:
Step 3) Connecting the TeleEMC provider to the TeleVisit via email:
TeleEMC sends TeleVisit email invitations to the Apple email preconfigured on the iPad, or, for chiropractors using their own hardware to the email you provided.
Proceed by clicking on either of the 2 appointment emails for the patients scheduled appointment.
Click the orange “Join this Telemed Appointment directly” - if the orange button fails to appear, your email service is blocking images - please unblock to proceed.
A screen requesting your patient’s vital signs will appear.
While collecting this information is beneficial to an EMC, it is not required, and can be skipped by tapping the “next” button in the bottom left hand corner.
Tap the “Start TeleVisit” Button
The patient will be placed in a virtual waiting room with a notice on the screen with the providers name.
When the provider connects, you may be asked for access to the Microphone and Camera. Tap Allow.
The provider will connect live and proceed with examination.
If the provider does not come on screen within 5 to 10 minutes, please call 866-466-4362 and select option 2 and we will insure a prompt response.
